Established in 1988, Wujiang Shenzhen Baocheng Weaving Co., Ltd. is located in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province. We are a professional manufacturer of cotton fabric and chemical fabric. Now, we have 200 workers and staff. The registered capital is USD5 million and the production capacity has reached 10 millions per year with the turnover of USD3.5 million. The factory is only around one hundred kilometers far from Shanghai. Through the Shanghai Port and taking advantage of China mature textile sources and abundant textile manufacture experience, we are actively engaged in the global textile market. Our products include nylon, polyester, cotton, CVC, T/C, T/R, rayon, blending and interweaving, and spandex, etc. We've got long-term and steady progress in the past twenty years. By now, we have established and perfected the quality control system. Before the delivery time, we'll strictly inspect all of products with the advanced test equipment according to strict quality standard, thus, our all of product is the first-class quality in the market. As to the lead time, we insist on strictly execution under our sales contract. After continual highly-speed development in the past twenty years, in order to satisfy different client's requirements, we have provided with full set of textile process from weaving to dying, printing and all kinds of treatment. We have 6 series with over 100 products, briefly as follows: 1. Work clothes the lining series: uniform cloth, gabardine, serge, valitin, chevron, color striped fabric, tree bark, and drill cation, etc. 2. Oxford series: nylon oxford, polyester oxford, low-stretch oxford, high-stretch oxford, and dobby oxford, etc. 3. Suede series: warp suede, weft suede, cotton suede, cation suede, five-end suede, and knitting suede, etc. 4. Cotton fabric series: plain cloth, poplin, dimity, voile, drill, khaki, gabardine, serge, satin type, and canvas, etc. 5. Twist filament series: chiffon, georgette, Koshibo, Faillee, wool peach, and twist satin, etc. 6. Functional fabric: waterproof and breathable, water repellent, flam retardant, anti-static, UV protection, and down proof, etc. At the same time, we also deal well with all kinds of treatment according to each customer's different requirements, including cire, coating (PU, PA, and PVC), white pigment, silver, brushed, flocking, gold print, embossing, embroidery, crinkle, and bond, etc. Generally speaking, we design and manufacture 15 new products per year.
